Terrible staff. Definitely worst branch in Bayonne/ JC area. Few services offered ..don’t recommend for main banking needs.

Horrible! When you call the customer service -1-800 number they do not know whats going on with your account and on Saturday when you call the 1-800 they are close by two o'clock and Sunday they are close all day no customer service are available. Therefore you cant't get in contact with no representative to help you out with your situation. You can't deposit money or checks through the ATM machine and if you lose your debit card you have to wait 7 to 10 business days.
