      The lady in the front desk. I went to ask for print statement and she wanna charged me $15 dollars for month. This is ridiculous. I didn’t know the bank charge for this.

      They advised me to purchase a tax ID after my mom died. When the branch already knew I had POA in which is null and void when a person dies but, you also had POD which is payor of death. The main branch advised me I never needed a tax ID and it cost me 147.00 for nothing.
