      I called to get help obtaining mobile access. My 1st call to corporate's number.. no one picked up.. instead asked me to leave a message! 2nd call.. finally after 8 rings, call was transferred .. agent asked more than 10 questions to verify the account (way too many).. and stated the type of account (business) could not have mobile access (I had it before). However, she stated I was transferred to incorrect department (Thanks so much!) .. I was transferred again. Agent next agent to asked me to verify the account again (Really!!???).. I asked if the call was 'warm transferred' and was told "NO" (Wonderful Customer Service!!) I then asked for a supervisor, and was told there would be a 24 hr callback! Since the day the I called was the last day of the year, I needed to have the deposit reflect in 2018, so I stated that was not be acceptable, please find someone that could help... The help I received... Agent saying sorry that's our policy..stating "you can't hold on my line" and hung up! (Thanks again for the Wonderful Customer Service!) Calling back, I finally did reach a wonderful agent (Leah) who after about 1/2 hr did solve the problem... but this was after spending 1.5 hrs trying to get the proper help! Seeking answers as to my poor customer experience, the VP stated the bank was going to close the account since I didn't like their customer service... and they did! (Thanks Again!)
