  Terrible customer service! Rude and disrespectful towards people with disabilities!!! Manager needs attitude adjustment and back to school to teach him how to respect customers!! If you have a disability, expect to be chased away instead of helped!!!

  Mr. Joyce - Prudential Bank has always supported Americans with Disabilities, which is why we need our parking spaces available for our patrons with disabilities. It seems you are not a customer of Prudential Bank and used our lot illegally to visit a neighboring business. Our lot clearly indicates that our parking spots are reserved for our customers. It also seems that you took up two spaces with one car, further impacting our ability to serve our customers.

  The new people that have taken over this bank are absolutely horrible staff turns around regularly there a note they are not accommodating to the long-standing customers after being with this bank for 40 years I plan to move
