Love love love this Location! Why do you ask?!? Because of all the awesome Humans in there!!! . The team here in South Philly is the bomb 💣. They provide soo much education and great connection every time! I never enjoyed going to banks until I developed such an awesome relationship with this team!!! My favorite banker has to be Nguyet!!! Always patient and I just love the fact she enjoys helping me navigate through the bank world. It can be overwhelming at times and I truly truly appreciate all her efforts to over deliver a great customer experience. Thank you Team South Philly. I owe you guys lunch! Seriously!!!!

The most ignorant rude representatives on the phone that can possibly be . They are so rude they hang up on you the loan dept is a disgrace the supervisor is worse then the representatives I have 4 loans out with this bank I will be shutting them all down today and moving them elsewhere 7 years with them I’m done they are a pure disgrace of a bank

The worse customer service and unfriendly staff. When you walk in, you feel like they are judging you, looking down on you. I went to make a new account and the staff had such bad Attitude. I decided to go to another bank. Million dollar account walk right outside the door. Sad thing is that they still didn’t know it. They too busy putting on their lipsticks.
