Have several accounts with Pennsburg branch. From day one we have been treated exceptionally. Slowly we have transferred ALL of our accounts to this bank. From Linda, to Amelia, to now Ashley these ladies are the BEST! They do everything possible to make all transactions smooth. Kudos to all. Many thanks!

I stopped here a couple months ago, brand newly opened location. They closed at 7:00 i arrived at 6:10 to open a new account, I would be a brand new customer. I was quickly and kindly greeted by a woman behind the counter,. I told her I wanted to open a new account and I do not have any accounts with qnb. She said I will take your information and someone will contact you to make an appointment to set that up. I was concerned that my sensitive information was being written down on a piece of paper not to mention why someone couldn't take the 40min to help me open an account. She said it takes some time to do that. It was Friday athat's why, nobody wanted to do this at the end of the day on a Friday, I get it but it's not good service. I scheduled an appointment for 4 DAYS later soonest they had and left neve returning, if you can't take the time to provide good service i an not giving you my business. I then went to another bank nearby and they were happy to take the 20 min to setup a new account. This was a very poor decision you lost a customer and many other potential customers.
