  The teller I had yesterday was very nice and helpful. While I was there, another teller was dealing with what seemed to be a tough situation with another customer but she handled it very professionally.

  I went into the Wells Fargo branch in East Greenville with my Father In Law. He had just opened up an account there the day before. He had forgotten to order checks and he asked me to go in with him as he doesn't have much experience with banking matters. His wife does the banking. So after ordering his checks we proceeded to leave the bank and we got in the car. I then remembered I needed a $1000 money order my wife had asked me to pick up while at the bank. My father In Law said he would wait in car while I quickly ran in for money order. Two women tellers were standing there at window as I explained I had forgotten to ask for money order. I don't bank at Wells Fargo. I simply wanted to purchase a money order. They replied we need the card and your drivers license. Although I found it odd, I assumed they meant my Father In Law's bank card. So I ran outside and got the card from my in law and came back in and handed them to them. Now there are three tellers looking at my license, looking at my in laws card and I see them making weird faces. I said to them they're not going to match. I simply want to purchase a money order. One of these terribly snooty ladies walks over and slams my license and the bank card on the counter and says " I'm not doing this transaction" What the hell? I'm a customer who walks in off the street to make a purchase for an item that the bank obviously sells. And this after my father in law opened up an account with a rather sizable deposit. Mind you, I didn't ask or expect a free money order. Just a money order would have done the trick. Who the hell do these women and as an extension, Wells Fargo think they are? Horrible people, orrible customer service, horrible bank! Ps. We left the bank and drove two blocks to the nearest post office. I requested from the gentleman a money order for $1000 and he said it would be $1.17 for money order. We chatted about the soon to start Eagles game that night against Green Bay. No asking for my drivers license, no asking for a lock of my Pop Pops hair. No bank cards, no nothing. Just a pleasant experience at the local post office. I may have been in a federal building, but the federal worker didn't turn it in to a federal case.

  I am writing this review as i have had nothing but an exceptional experience with everyone here. I have been banking here since they were a Wachovia and have never had a bad experience. Even when things didn't go my way.
