      Yvonne Adam's assisted me with 2 loans yesterday. Yvonne was precise, organized, thorough, courteous, friendly, professional and even had a good sense of humor. Yvonne payed attention to my needs. She was so prepared for the appointment that it was done in a short period of time. I highly recommend Yvonne to all of my friends and family.

      Been with Qualstar Credit Union in Everett around 20 yrs now. They have always taken good care of me, been professional and friendly. To stop in with out an appointment I've done and there is a posted letter explaing the covid 19 process. I live far away and have learned to try to schedule as soon as I can. Often that's not soon enough... But they still have always done their best to fit me in. I appreciate all the help and services I've received over the years and recommend them to anyone.

      We all know of covid and its restrictions but I've been out in front of this credit union and watched 1 lady stand in the wind and rain apparently waiting for her appointment while NOBODY is in the branch....I also have to wait 25 mins in my car and I have a 2 hour commute home....again there is 1 customer in the branch

      Hi Jessica, thanks for taking the time to provide your feedback. Since you are typically a user of our drive-thru in Federal Way we understand the appointment process might be new to you. Due to the current environment with branch appts. necessary, we do our best to accommodate members who show up without an appt. in advance. We allow 15 mins. for each appt., and in the event there is time leftover we will bring in the next member who has the next appt. Because there was someone in the branch during the time you were waiting, and another appt. ahead of you, we did need to follow our typical process.
