  My wife and I moved to the area about five months ago. We selected this bank partly based upon the good things we had heard. Given the service we have received over the past five months, we agree that this bank is FABULOUS! All the folks in the bank are friendly and helpful. They really do care, and it shows in the consistent high quality of their work.

  Been banking with the for a few years. I have deposited 2 fairly large checks a month apart from each other. The first check they held for 2 days which is understandable. The second check was deposited and on the 5th day my husband called to see why the hold was still on and they told him because they were waiting to hear back from the payer of the check for approval. In the meantime I found the paperwork they gave me about the hold and it says they held it because I had overdrawn my account in the past six months. So hold my check when you know I need the money so you can collect more fees?! I have probably paid a part time employees salary with the overdraft fees I've paid PLUS they lied about why the hold was still on. I will be finding another bank if they ever let me get to my money.
