      Stopped by to make an adjustment to my account for a personal reason. The blonde haired woman with tattoos on her arms asked me what I needed to do today. I told her i need to make a change to my account. Right in the lobby stamding in front of other customers. I asked if we could discuss it in private and she said not right now. I need you to tell me why you are making a change. I told her I'd rather not discuss it in the lobby. Her response was that everyone was busy so I'd just have to tell her. I am going from here to wells fargo to open an account, drain both accounts here and separate from BOA.
