  Loved how great the communication was between Rachel & I. This being my first experience buying a home I had so many questions & needed so much clarification. Rachel was so great about answering my questions & making sure I understood everything during our process which made it less stressful. Which being a single mom, working shift work with two little ones was a big relief! I couldn't have asked for a better mortgage company!!!

  In November of last year my husband and I were able to purchase a house with the help and guidance of Rachel Pruneda at Envoy Mortgage. I never thought it was possible. When we first went to talk to her in August she talked to us about what we can do help fix our credit and explained the whole process perfectly. I was so shocked when I found out that not only did we get approved for the house we wanted we also didnt even have to pay any money at closing! We actually left the closing with a check for $500! If you want to get a house you need to talk to Rachel! Shes the best!!!
