  Best Bank I have ever dealt with. We were treated like family down to earth people professionals in every aspects of business. They made my loan so painless if you haven't banked at Radiant you are missing out

  We opened an account for my father (who lives in Hawthorne) so he could switch from his current bank in Melrose and it was such an excellent experience! From the start, we were pleasantly greeted and only had to wait a few minutes for someone to sit with us and open the account. This person happened to be Casey and he was just as friendly and good natured as can be - all the while politely asking the necessary questions to open the account. My father is 88 and likes to chat and Casey was so good to listen and respond appropriately as he moved us through the process at the same time. He laughed and joked back with my dad which made his day. Another gentleman came in to do something with the computer I think and he was just as friendly. A very positive experience. We came back 2 days later to deposit the balance from his previous bank and Casey recognized us and gave us a warm greeting, then helped deposit the check. I had a few extra questions and he answered them all and also suggested something that I had not thought of. My Dad was so impressed, he walked over to the branch manager’s office, stepped in (unannounced) and proceeded to tell her how much he liked Casey and what a great job he did. She very graciously acknowledged my Dad and his comments when clearly he should have asked someone if it was ok to see her before walking right in to her office. Very sweet. The bank that was in this location before was definitely not this friendly and accommodating so we never opened an account with them. I’m so glad Radiant Credit Union is there now! They are awesome!

  Staff was helpful, sweet and I loved that they interacted with my baby girl. All so generous and friendly. I was greeted with hospitality and love the fact that everyone was so nice to us.
