  Sam and Danielle are awesome as long as I deal with either one of them for my important banking needs everything is perfect. The two of them make me happy I chose Capital city . The supervisor on the 1-800 number is just awful !!!! I will not deal with him I will talk to either Sam or Danielle for all my needs.

  Everyone seemed snobby, went into make a deposit and felt as if I was an inconvenience to the tellers.
