  I used Rick Rand as the originator for my home mortgage and boy did he make it happen!!! My previous loan provider dropped the ball on my financing 3 days before closing. Rick was able to close my loan in EIGHT DAYS... start to finish with NO hiccups! Thanks for saving the day Rick!

  I have worked with many contractors over the years and Rick is always accessible by phone 24 seven. He has re-done condos and single family homes for me many times. One thing that really sets him apart is that most contractors never show up and Rick is 100% dependable! I would definitely use him again in the future. His work is top notch.
