Sketchy people that barely answer the phone. Pretty sure they are doing nefarious things with my our funds. Besides that they are very unprofessional. Moving funds if they ever send them.

This company had possession of my 401k funds after I left my job. I called and requested that they distribute those funds to me, they told me they sent it to another company. I contacted that company who stated that they never received the funds only a request to start an account for me. When I contacted Randall and Hurley again they stated that there was nothing that they could do that they had sent the check out and they didn't know what to tell me. We are talking about thousands of dollars that belong to me. Jump to A YEAR later... When I called again the other company STILL hasn't received my 401k funds from Randall and Hurley.. I called them AGAIN and I was transferred to a voicemail and nobody spoke to me. Do not ever use them! Terrible customer service. And seem very shady. I will be reporting them. Not even worth 1 star.
