      Excellent Teller service, no waiting in line. Teller staff always friendly, knowledgeable & eager to assist customers. They offer answers to all questions. If you should need specialized service an option- In a separate office- is to video-chat with a staff member, which offers you all answers (pleasantly!). (i.e. if you want to oprn/move your IRA Acct). There is * Handicapped Parking directly in f ft ont of the entrance. Atmosphere is consistently professional.

      When I bought a vehicle, rates were competitive and easy to set up online. Paid the loan off early and never revised my title. Contacted customer support for them to let me know I get the inconvenience of tracking it down or get a duplicated title. I used walk in service with the Potranco branch and of course they were useless too. I had heard other customers having troubles with RBFCU before I became a member but dismissed it thinking it was a one off scenario. Now, it seems status quo.
