  Would be zero stars if possible to give that. I found Randy online, he promptly set up a phone interview and went over many options for over an hour. I sent him our financial documents, was told by him “I will get back to you in 24 hours or less”. It has been 9 days since then. He won’t return my texts or emails. I’ve reached out to customer service for Fairway and was told they would tell him to reach out to me, he still has yet to. I believe he’s also blocked my phone number. Very unfortunate and unprofessional to have been built up by him, and then to be ghosted. That’s behavior I would expect from a grimy teenage boy, not a reputable mortgage lender. It’s unnerving knowing that I gave him our financial documents, access to our credit reports, and our social security numbers to not even be given the courtesy of saying “I’m sorry you were denied at this time” if even that’s what happened. How would I know? Randy ghosted me! I hope this helps someone in the future looking for a lender to look elsewhere. What a bait and switch!!!
