  Bait and Switch. The buying process was smooth, but the post purchase customer service was deplorable at best. It is now day 58 post purchase and I have yet, and my County has yet, to receive any paperwork from Randy Marion Ford to register my vehicle. I have made several attempts (over 20) to conclude this matter in a timely manner, but with every communication I get finger pointing an excuses. I am now 4 days away from violating local registration laws and in jeopardy of being cited by state and local Law Enforcement. This issue could literally be solved in a matter of minutes, if Randy Marion Ford would just fax my Bill of Sale, and copy of Title to my County Clerk. Yet, it has been 58 days of excuses, and zero movement. They easily took my $30k cash down, and $4,200 in taxes, but have not paid my registration. I am now facing fines next week from DMV due to Randy Marion Fords failure to do their job. So where is the money from my taxes? My county did not get it, so in my opinion this is blatant fraud. They have now lost my business and my family's. My brother was about to purchase an 80k vehicle from them two weeks ago, but will not now, and I purchase new vehicles about every 2 years. So this is a customer loss of several hundred thousand dollars to the dealership in the next 5 year span. Yes this was an out of state purchase, but Randy Marion Ford was updated daily and kept 100% in the loop, so there is zero excuse for failing to register my vehicle. I strongly advise you to take your business elsewhere, and not put your fate in the hands of the incompetent.

  Called the service manager Saturday was talking to him about AC not working on a brand new truck Tell me would call Monday to set up a loaner truck and he did not afterwords he hung up on me very rude
