      It’s close to home & Lisa is so nice! I set up my account online & didn’t receive the emails I was supposed to so I had to go into the branch, but she got me set up quickly. She even helped me make my opening deposit and enroll into online banking! I also love that they’re open for a short period on Saturdays, which so helpful & convenient!

      We have been banking with what is now truist for years. Opened up a second savings account to build credit with them and almost 30 days later no card, no refund and no answers! You have all our savings and won't even help us get it back or even have access to it. What kind of bank does this??? We have came in twice in person called twice and even made a phone appointment with a different location and no one will help us! This is wrong our own bank robbing us I don't know what to do or who to even to talk to?!?! What is really going on???
