      Rankin Home Loans had the most competitive rates across the industry. I ran numbers with a multitude of different lenders including a variety of the more known popular lenders, and they could not compete nor compare to the rates and programs provided by RHL. I did a cash out refinance and got top appraisal value for my home. This was a simple process and within weeks it went from inception to cash. I then turned around and purchased another prime property and took advantage of all sorts of home buyers programs and very low rates! If you’re looking to refinance or purchase a home, definitely consider Rankin Home Loans!

      Brenton and his team were an outstanding group of professionals to do business with! We ultimately got the best deal possible for us, and frankly for many others, in large part because of Brenton’s knowledge, dedication, and time. He was able to foresee our needs while guiding us through this very involved home buying process; which was amazing. Brenton is honest and fair.
