      I had the pleasure of working with Stearns through Shabbir Panni and Charlotte Washburn, they helped me through this tedious process of buying a home after we sold our house and they did a great job of getting me a good interest rate without buying points and also got my appraisal credit because of some circumstances in the process. I like their app too which is way easier and faster to transfer data and get us informed in the process, Terri White, the underwriter was great in communicating what documents I need to submit so we can get the process going faster. It’s a great lending company that I recently worked with.
