      I've been with lakeside for 4 years . We've gotten loans with them . And basic banking they are great . The staff is always wonderful .

      I've banked with Lakeside for over 10 years and I have always been treated like a valued customer. They consistently provide excellent customer service are always quick to take action if there is suspicious activity on my account. I would love to see more online banking features in the app, but they have definitely made several improvements during the time I have been a customer.

      The bank unfortunately has lost some really great people,now that the new person took over it, has been very disappointing to deal with, she don't understand the agricultural end of the business, she will tell you one thing on the phone then change when its time to do business, and very rude about it. that's why its time to CHANGE BANKS.
