  After a search and finding Jan via these Google reviews, we listed a spacious residential property in Ramona. Jan and her team sold the home within a week. She was very knowledgeable, responsive, attentive to our needs and answered all of our questions. Jan knows Ramona better than anyone. She is very personable and we highly recommend her.

  Placing our house on the market was a big decision. I am incredibly grateful that we chose Jan Ryan to represent us because she achieved results quickly and painlessly. Jan presented us offers for our home within a day, and still we were offered $50K over asking price. But Jan offered us more than just a sale; she helped us every step of the way. She recommended people that could help us with fixes and unexpected inspection finds, as well as a moving company to handle our furniture and vehicles. Each one of the people she recommended came through by providing professional results in the time we had to complete the work. I also have to comment on Jan’s communication. She called me regularly, was always available when I called her, and put my mind at ease during a stressful time. If I had to do this all over again, the one thing that would remain constant is Jan Ryan.

  My wife and I recently hired Jan Ryan to list and sell our home in Ramona. She was a pleasure to work with, and was always available for our questions via cellphone, text, or gmail. Jan hired a professional photographer for our listing pictures, and was able to produce a stunning listing that brought in multiple offers. We were in the process of moving out of state during escrow and Jan handled multiple logistics on site at our home while we were out of town. Her professionalism, guidance, and patience with our unending questions resulted in the successful sale of our home. Thanks Jan!!!!
