  If I could, I'd give Matt an entire galaxy of stars! Matt Brumfield @RWM Home Loans has made my real estate dreams come true! In 2016 Due to the needs of my parents I had to move to Ohio and sell l my beautiful home in Banker's Hill. Prices have climbed so fast I never thought I'd be able to get back into the San Diego real estate market. But then..... 2021 My fantastic realtor, Julie Adams, found me a great condo in Pacific Beach and brought Matt onboard to work out the financing. Honestly, I was skeptical he'd have a loan product for me. But he DID! The purchase was complicated & Matt is so knowledgeable. The sale of my out of state condo; all kinds of lender hoops to jump through, complicated rules to complete & guidance on configuring my hefty down payment . Through it all Matt was so patient, sticking with me, ushering me through the complicated process. I'm forever grateful to Matt Brumfield for taking on my challenge. I can't say enough great things about him, his knowledge & work ethic. Thank you, Matt & your entire team!

  Absolutely excellent, I have already referred him multiple times and anytime I get a chance will absolutely refer him again. He was honest up front and extremely knowledgeable even on the most detailed questions I had. He helped me decipher all the VA loan work I had along with the fact that California adds a boatload of paperwork to the loan as well. The loan process was easy especially with DocuSign and relatively quick. Considering the additional paperwork required by California and the VA he made it extremely painless.

  I have worked with Matt on 2 of my homes and a couple refinances. Makes the most difficult easy to understand. Never pushy and always attentive.
