      I put in multiple requests to see a property I was interested in and never got a call back, email Or anything. They really aren’t interested in leasing or selling. If I could give zero stars I would.

      Jessica, I am sorry that you have not had a good response from RE/MAX. If you need help with buying or selling a home I would be happy to work with you. I do not see where you have tried to contact me. My contact information is on my website at www.lubsub.com. If you are looking for a rental, I do not work with rental properties and neither do most of the agents at RE/MAX and that may be why you have not received a response. As of lately a lot have rental properties have been listed in the Lubbock Association of Realtors (LAR) Multiple Listing Service (MLS). Previously, about the only homes listed in the MLS were homes that were both for sale or rent and there were probably less than 5 or 10 of these. So I hardly if ever got a call about a rental. Lately, companies have started listing rental properties in the MLS and our RE/MAX website pulls everything in the MLS including these rental listings so it looks like that because they are on the RE/MAX website that we work with rentals. I now get more calls about rentals than homes for sale and I have to tell them I don't work with rentals and suggest they call Hub City Rentals or some other company that works with rentals. If I am at my computer when they call, I look up the property in the MLS and give them the phone number for the listing agent and company. I hope we can get the Lubbock Association of Realtors to stop listing properties that are just for rent so people can look on other sites for rentals. Again sorry for your frustration with RE/MAX and if you are looking to buy or sell a home please contact me and hopefully I can work with you and get a positive review.
