      Have used Rea for many years and this year, by far, was the most unorganized, frustrating and unprofessional experience I've ever had. Rea lost a great employee and customer advocate when they lost Scott M. I would not recommend Rea for any accounting services based on my experience this year (2022). If you were truly interested in discussing my review, you would reach out to me !!!! What a cop out!!!

      I am so disappointed, defeated and angry. After doing much research to find the very best in my area, I had high hopes for working with this CPA firm. I'm just starting out my small business and am like a deer caught in the headlights trying to figure out what to do next. What I do know? I NEED a CPA for what I'm doing. I called on a Tuesday, left a message for a gentleman and then, two days later, never heard back even though I was told I'd have my call returned next day. I decided then, to be proactive and call again. This time I was transferred to a lady who pretty much brushed me off. I gave a general explanation into what I needed and that I'd hope to have a consultation, but it felt as though I was being snubbed. She also, made it clear that their minimum fee for a tax return is $1000 (as if, to make me less interested) and that I should hire an attorney. I do not need an attorney. I need a CPA. That's not even in question! After telling me all the reasons they probably couldn't help me and that they are getting rid of clients (because they're that busy), was when I was told that she'd work with me. The last thing I wanted at that point, was to meet this individual or work with this company.
