  Staff members always go out of their way to provide excellent service. They are friendly and willing to assist you promptly. The corporate levels make changes that are not always so great but that is any bank. The people here are extroardinary and care which is why I have kept my business here.

  Have several businesses and personal accounts across several different banks, consistently get the worst service through PNC compared to anywhere else. Worst through the corporate small business customer service, the local branch people try hard and I always call them first, but they often have to refer me to the customer service line. I'm with PNC only because I currently have a mortgage through them that I have to pay out of a PNC account. As soon as the mortgage is paid off in several more years I'm taking my business elsewhere. Also.... they can't even provide me with a mortgage statement. I ask every year because I have to give the numbers to the accountant, and every year I have to make a phone call, and someone looks them up for me. I've never had a mortgage before that I couldn't get a statement for. I'm currently waiting for a call from the local branch, as the customer service line is so overwhelmed with calls you can't even get on hold - the auto message tells you they can't take the call, and to call back later. What a joke. Edit: just spent an hour and 40 minutes waiting on hold for customer service, finally gave up....

  Your bank atm just ate 440$ of my money and then didn't deposit it to my account. And now I'm going to have to pay an extra fee for my tution being late. It would be really nice if you guys would make this right because if not I'll be removing all my funds and banking elsewhere this is total bs
