      I bought a wedding/engagement ring set in September of 2021. I felt like the price was well worth the quality. She starting wearing the ring October of 2021. They sized her ring for free as they promised the would, while we went there to get it sized we purchased my ring. Here’s the important part, my wife lost the diamond from the engagement ring April of 2022, after a search for it at her work it was nowhere to be found. Needless to say she was devastated. The next day I took it to reads, within 5 minutes they looked at it and came and told me “it shouldn’t have fallen out it was their mistake” They replaced the diamond and reset it without charging me a penny no questions asked. I can’t thank everyone at reads enough for making an extremely stressful scary situation into an amazingly easy solution. It’s hard to put into words how satisfied, and happy I am with my experience at reads..!!!! Thank you so much!!!
