If you are looking to re-fi I highly recommend Justin Petruzziello at RealFi Home Funding. Justin was able to help myself and several family members take full advantage of the current historical low rates, saving hundreds a month and tens of thousands in long term interest. Sorry to sound like an infomercial but it’s true, Justin helped me make one of the best financial decisions with zero pressure. When it comes to refi’s it’s an area most of us have become complacent, intimidated by paperwork or not understanding the initial expense and breakeven levels. Justin was able to put all my concerns at ease. As Justin said to me all of us love saving money but get caught up chasing pennies while we let dollars fly out the window. If your mortgage rate is 1 point or more over todays rate you should have a hard look at a refi with Justin. As far as any paper work / complications Justin and his team laid out exactly what they required (all pretty basic info) and the process was extremely simple and seamless. Justin will explain the cost of the refi and what to do with suppressed payments while processing. Justin will calculate how much you are saving a month and how long it will take to breakeven for the cost of the refi. Justin made the whole process very simple and easy. I did strongly recommend his service to all my family and friends and they like myself were all very satisfied with his services and amazed how much money they saved, not to mention how easy it was to apply and get processed. Justin gets 5 Stars!
