      I hadn't been to Castle Rock in years, it was heartwarming and nostalgic. The Red Canoe branch I used to frequent is in Kelso, and it is a nice location. This Red Canoe in CR, from the landscaping outside to the inviting decor inside is outstanding. The Customer Professional who took care of me during my visit was very friendly, and took the time to inform me of their adjunct app; Red Canoe Compass. With it you have the standard features of their Red Canoe app, but you can also disable your card / lock your account remotely among other features. My transaction was pleasant. At no time did I feel rushed or unappreciated by the Customer Specialists. If you are heading South on I-5 this is a stop worth making. You couldn't ask for a nicer Credit Union; I suppose you could, but you would be hard pressed to find one. Red Canoe was an essential part of my credit repair. Their secured loans helped raise my score 100 points fast. The best part is, as you pay your loan back, the funds go directly into your savings account. Someone local may leave a token of handcrafted artwork for a lucky customer to take home. All this location needs is croissant & black coffee and I could camp there.

      This is the worst run bank I’ve ever dealt with. Every time I have to come here it’s always a Long wait due to them not being staffed properly. I’m not sure who manages this branch but their incompetent!
