      The Latino branch was amazing!!! I’m not Latino but this is where I will be going for member service, the girls were extra friendly, I walked in 5 mins before closing to open a additional account and they were eager to help!! I can’t say enough to describe their kindness. Thank you ladies praise God You work for Red River

      id never use this bank for anything ever again i was told all my accounts was closed and i was gonna get sent my money that was left instead come to find out my credit card got charged for something on amazon they told me i couldnt do anything about the fraud charge cause my card was already canceled then told me i had to pay a late fee also kept sending me be back and forth to different people who kept saying they couldnt do anything but they defiantly had no problem taking my money
