      I love working with the commercial department at Red River-Texarkana. They are very helpful and professional. They always get back with me in a timely basis and do their best to help me with anything I need. I recommend Red River with all of your banking needs, especially their commercial/loan department!

      I applied for a Checking & Savings account with RRFCU because my mother, an RN who has lived in Texarkana my whole life had been a member for years so I knew I could trust them with my finances. Every time I have ever had to call the branch to ask a question or service my account the representatives are truly helpful and super friendly. I’ve always been treated the same way at other banks as if I was just another small fish in the huge sea of customers but these people actually treat you like family and really do care. I now have a Platinum Credit Card through RRFCU to build my credit and am also growing my relationship with the Credit Union so that when I need a loan in the future, I know they will work with me. I have an amazing interest rate on my credit card and $0 monthly fees on my Checking/Savings by meeting their super easy criteria. I highly recommend RRFCU for all of your banking needs, I promise you won’t regret it!!!

      My husband and I have been banking at RRCU since we moved to Texarkana in 1974. To be happy with one banks service that many years should tell you that RRCU employees go out of their way to keep their customers long term.
