There are lots of home mortgage companies out there, but not all are created equal. I had the pleasure to work with Dave on my VA refinance and was blown away by his level of professionalism, knowledge and follow through. My original home appraisal came in $40,000 less than we were expecting. Both Dave and I knew the appraisal was too low and Dave immediately took action. He uncovered several comps that had been overlooked during the process and provided these to the VA and asked for an appraisal reconsideration. Within weeks of his request, we received an adjusted appraisal that was $50,000 higher than the first one we received. Without his efforts, the refinance would not have gone through. I'm grateful for all his hard work and would highly recommend Dave if you are considering a VA refinance.
