      Linda is amazing! She provided us so much information to get us started on our loan. We are about a year out from qualifying but she took the time to get us the information and right steps to take.

      Omg, awful to me. Not afro-centric friendly. The owner Linda was rude and seemed she thought she was horty torty. Her comments were totally unwelcomed but I tried to work with her. She rarely returned my calls, and didn't move forward on the things she stated she'd get done. My persistency must have got under her thin skin because one day I called and a gentleman answered, and he was completely standoffish. He sounded like an old outdated congressman as he told me Linda was busy. That's when I decided I'm done with putting up with this crude non-service. All that paperwork gathering and emailing her, a waste of time. Yet I got a nearby mortgage company to refinance a cash out of $48k with a lower rate at 2.75%, and they helped me improve my fico scores to over 700+, all within 30 days of me leaving the Red Rock people.

      Linda and and the entire staff at Red Rock Mortgage were awesome! I refi’d my house and they were very quick and responsive with the entire process and any questions I had. They really make you feel like your apart of the RRM family!
