      These people have lost documents and I had to provide them again. They have made appointments and not showed. Very incompetent!

      DO NOT USE! I applied for a refi Dec 31st, and as of today, May 11, we still have not closed. All documents requested were provided within hours by me in January. No title issues, no income issues. I have been told for weeks that we would have documents and close within 24 hours. I was told someone would meet me in FL to sign docs since one of the scheduled closings was a week I was on vacation (beginning of April). Guy never contacted me. Come back home, reschedule, and keep getting pushed back. According to Titel, they have just been waiting on lender. I have closed both as buyer and seller on a half dozen houses and never had these issues. Most of ours have been 2-4 weeks. I am talking to a new lender and do to the amount owed, what my house is worth, and my income, they can close me in less than 30. I am at 131 days today!
