Although the process was a little more then expected Barry kept every bit of word. Within Two weeks I received my capital at fair price and Barry saved the day.       Redwood mortgage loan process is like a police interrogation. The sale guy is the good cop, the underwriters are the bad cops," their objective is to inundate you with insane questions and requests till you throw in the towel." Their request are ridiculous, personal, & irrelevant...new suprises everyday!!! In 30 years as a real estate professional, i have never been treated that way nor have any of my clients while requesting to obtain financing. No matter who the next lender is after dealing with redwood mortgage....its a well deserved rest and relief.

      I invested 20K in this sham twenty years ago at my financial advisors advice. Currently it is barely worth 25K and I have NEVER been able to get my money out. Something is wrong with this company. Shenanigans. Someone should investigate.
