They are terrible!!! I highly would NOT recommend this company. They are very unorganized, slow as I don’t know what!! False advertisement with my loan. I’m really upset that I’m still sitting for almost an hour waiting on my loan!!🤦🏾♀️. This is crazy!!

A young lady there by the name of Lanesha or Lakesha was very unprofessional and rude. Calling to speak payment is one thing but your approach is everything especially in a business! Then I asked to speak to someone else and she disconnects the line and when I call back, acts completely oblivious as to what she had just done. I spoke another agent by the name of Tyler and while he was able to help me with my inquiry, he expressed no form of empathy or care in the world as to my concern with the service received. Not good customer service! I will be going to another location from now on!
