      Horrible customer service and their ATM is a theif! After the atm takes your money, they don't care, you'll get your money in 3-5 days, they do NOT CARE!'Jennofer Capo was horrible. Terrible customer service. when I mentioned I needed the money for Christmas, she said nothing at all. Garbage customer service. Is leave 0 starx of possible. Merry Christmas. Update, staff is much better, but the ATM will miscount your money, even now, year or so later. I’ve told them many times about the issue, but I guess it’s up to the atm service company. And apparently this one sucks. Take your cash inside

      Kendra Dock was above and beyond inconsiderate, combative, condescending, and unprofessional. She spoke down to me, and my mother who was assisting me with rent payments. Kendra acted inconvenienced by any request. She also made a point to intentionally respond to anything we requested with passive aggression. Please re-train this manager in client engagement and retention, because as my first experience with this bank I will not be back.
