      Great customer service and fast in the lobby. Had to do a wire transfer and even though they were busy they stopped what they were doing and helped all of the people in the lobby first.

      My family and I have a business on Pensacola Beach and this is the closest Regions to us. I have been trying to get on as a signer to the accounts for 3 months. This particular Regions is absolutely no help. They always refer you to an agent, Candice Ford, who is always doing something else and when you do get a minute of her time she is worthless. Candice makes you come in for everything and treats you as if you are an after thought if you can’t schedule during business hours. We are trying to start and operate a business and our biggest hold up is Candice Ford and Regions bank.
