This place has turned into a completely disappointment, waiting time to deposit through drive Tru over 30 minutes, unbelievable 😳. Go to another branch or simply change banks. Terrible waiting time ⏲ 😒

ATM not working!!! What's the point of having a brick and mortar bank? I stand in line forever to an industry that's no longer easy to use nor simple to understand, expectedly understaffed and completely inconvenient. The financial system in this country is as clear as the sky was during hurricane Katrina. Smh. Thankfully, I have Chime & Cash App, both are bank accounts that are online only. Yes, they're recognized as non-traditional... But what is anymore? Plus I get my paycheck 2 days sooner than I would with any other bank not to mention no minimum dollar amount required, credit check, or people posed as puppets paid to lie to me about investing.
