  my husband keeps getting other companies bank statements and much as he has called, gone personally to the delray branch he still keeps getting other companies bank statements. For the past year! This is a lack of confidentiality on the banks behalf!!! Stop sending other companies bank statements to him. He has already written a review and no one calls back to correct this issue!! Bad bank to deal with!

  I am not a customer of regions and can not rate them on their service. All I know they keep sending me another of their clients bank statement and for 9 months I keep returning the envelope telling them that the statement does not belong to me. But they keep sending me their other clients bank statement. I called them and reported this issue to customer service and they continue to send it to me. I'm not a customer but I have to make them aware on social media with the hope that they contact me and get this straight. Stop sending me you clients bank statement please !!

  Client experience matters!!! Called to check rates about Euros, a guy with Haitian accent answer and said !Hallo! Never introduced himself nor help me with my questions regarding the rate, also didn’t provide me with options on how to get the rate. Client experience matters to me, I guess not for this bank
