  Today I went with my mom to open an account for her, my mom came to the country through a legal claim that I made to her Well, the boy treated us cordially but the manager denigrated my mother for being Cuban, threw her passport and with an attitude told her with this Cuban passport you can't do anything Now I wonder why there is a need to be so arrogant without knowing that I am an American citizen. For the record, I am going to call and complain about discriminating against my mom. I am not going to allow her or anyone else.

  DO NOT BANK WITH REGIONS! Even though I have a checking and money market account with this bank, I am being charged a monthly fee of $8.00 because I am not using my debit card more then 10 times a month. We are in the middle of a pandemic and I am unable to leave my home as I am 70 years old and unfortunately was bedridden for almost a month due to the COVID virus. I am closing my accounts and going to another bank that actually cares about their customers! Shame on you Regions!
