  After hours. One of the ATMs at the drive thru wasn’t working. No sign or cone. The other two outside ATMs wouldn’t let me make a deposit. Very frustrating.

  Would give it zero stars if I could. Went through the drive thru to cash a check and they told me that they would have to charge me a fee if I wanted to cash it (which is fine since it’s not my original bank) but then told me to come inside… I decided to just take back my check and go elsewhere. Look at my account later and see they charged me a $7 fee and I didn’t even get my check cashed! Terrible service, bad commutation, and just overall would never be back!

  This bank is a disgrace to the banking industry. Management is in dire need of professional training. For whatever reason there was one teller at the drive-thru and a manager was working a teller window. The manager at the teller window didn't have the knowledge to handle my transaction and caused a major problem with my account. There was another manager on site but left even though there were customers in line and not to mention he ignored the request from the manager teller who had jacked up my account. I wasted a total of forty-five minutes and the only thing I left with was a disappointment. Shut it down or get someone who knows something about customer service.
