      Not even half a star. Not this location. BancorpSouth is a bank I always trust and have loved. It’s a great bank. Love the people. From Oxford, to Forest, to Dogwood, and all the way to Birmingham. And now I see a new branch in Tuscaloosa. I love BancorpSouth…. Always compared it Charmin. Trusted brands. I say that, but I say this. NEVER go to this branch. NEVER EVER! This location saddens me. And they do not even care. I’m a glutton for punishment though. I knew it was the worst representation of a bank a few years ago when I went in to ask for a money order. The cashier not only belittled me, while I had 10k in my account. But she said… no we don’t do that here. I have since found my checkbook. And I love BancorpSouth as a whole. But this location is awful. No service. No smile. No help.

      Very slow. Lack of knowledge. Excessive time for simple things like check deposits. I have multiple accounts including business with them but this branch doesn’t care.
