  I tried to open a new account online. It failed at the last step. I was asked to visit a branch. I called the customer service, was told that I had to visit a branch. I went to the branch at 9702 Gaston Rd, Katy, TX. I was told there was no record at all. I opened the account there, got my debit card. I was told the $225 would be ready to use the same day, the rest would be held for 10 days. I tried the debit card 5 times in 14 days, all declined. I stopped by the same branch again. I was told my account was opened online and assigned to the other branch, I didn't sign some documents. When I tried to describe what happened, she said, "regardless..."
