      Regions Bank Ofc. MANAGER C. CHAPA, refused to close my checking and savings with a 0 balance, now 2 ACH pymt was presented and I caught 2 late fees; I spoke with 800# and Supervisor JARVIS says, Nothing could be done from his side, DUH, why not!!
