      ATM machines in the drive-through never work with no explanation. I’m having to PAY a different bank to put $ into this bank! Not happy. After being a customer for almost 30 years and a few loans, I am switching banks.

      Parkway branch customer service just trash even the manager will act clueless to stand with his employee and not deliver a satisfactory service. If your looking to bank don’t come see these people at the parkway branch! Now the branch on Main Street by the st Mary’s hospital is one of the best banks you can go to the customer service is very different than the parkway branch so I’m guessing it has to come from a non caring management!
