  I was in town for my niece's birthday party . I needed 20 $1 bills I walked in asked for the one dollar bills gave the lady a $20 . She asked if I had a account I said I was from out of town. Explained my reason for the one dollar bills . She held the 20 up to the light marked it with a pin.. Then told me they cant exchange funds without an account at the bank.. I asked to speak to manager after two more people talked to the lady. Was told they cant exchange money without account.. A nice gentleman was in line heard my conversation with the idiots there. He offered to get me the one dollar bills. He took my $20 bill and handed it to the same idiot teller ! After she remarked it and giving me a go to hell look she handed him the bills. The man handed me my ones and told me he will consider closing his account after witnessing what he just saw.. Just so you know I'm not a bum was dressed very well driving a 2017 vehicle..

  I just took out 100.00 at the ATM, swung back around to the window to get 2 $10's for one of the $20's that the ATM gave me and the guy asked me for my account number? I told him I'm not a member, I have to be a member to get currency exchanged at this branch....WTH!!
