  Great customer service seems hard to come by lately at Regions. The Apopka branch was absolutely the worse and the sad part is it’s 1.2 miles away from my home. After banking with Regions for almost 10 years I almost left. Thank goodness Gabriela transferred to this branch in Mt. Dora and it was worth the 30 minute drive! The bank manager actually returns calls and is so genuine and helpful. To be honest the entire branch has been helpful! I will continue doing business with this branch as it’s well worth the 30 minute drive! Thank you to the branch manager and his team!

  I am changing banks because I have not had anything but bad experiences with Regions Bank. Terrible customer service. Every thing I have tried to do with My Money they can't do it I was buying a boat and could not get My Money to pay the man. Their excuse was we can't cash your check because we don't have that much cash on hand. and then I would have to give one or two days notice before hand. The man selling the boat was from out of town and wanted cash. It was only for 8000.00. Beware of this bank because they want to hold onto Your money. There were other problems too like I was over drawn less than two dollars and was charged 38.00 fee and they sent the check back. Other banks these days have dropped these kind of charges.

  Worst customer service ever I've had nothing but bad experiences at this location. This is one of the only banks that refuses to cash big checks or let me make withdrawals of my own money. Please take your business elsewhere.
