Today our son is graduating high school and I wanted to get him a stack of single dollars (a few hundred) because my dad did the same to me. We are military and do not have a local bank, so I stopped by another bank on 231 and asked if they could change my big bills into ones. The girl was super nice but her manager said the would not do it for non-members. I thanked her, understanding the policy, and left. I traveled a bit further and found Regions. The super nice woman at the welcome desk did not hesitate to help...and wished our son a happy graduation. I was so impressed we decided to open an account there. It is wonderful to see Regions is proud to be a part of the community.

I have problems with this bank for over two years. Bottom line is that no one wants to do there job! I ended up closing my account and they still owe me 100 dollars. This is the worst bank I have ever had. I closed my account and they won’t help rectify this situation.
